We may process conversation content to operate and improve the service, with de-identification and access controls where appropriate. Please avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive data (e.g., full ID or bank card numbers) in chats.

The app may integrate third-party SDKs or cloud services for push notifications, analytics, and social login:

• Required third-party SDKs (push, analytics, social login) initialize only after you agree to this policy.
• We share only the minimum information needed for each integrated function.
• You may revoke camera, microphone, photos, location, and other permissions in system settings, and disable push under Settings → Notifications in the app.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share or disclose it only when:

• You give explicit consent or choose to share (e.g., event registration with organizers).
• Required by law or valid requests from authorities.
• Necessary to protect life, safety, or property of you, us, or others.
• Involved in a merger, acquisition, or restructuring, subject to continued protection or renewed consent.

• Access & correct your profile in Me or Settings.
• Delete your account in Settings; we remove identifiable data within a reasonable period (typically within 30 days), unless retention is required by law.
• Withdraw consent for non-essential permissions or marketing notifications.
• Request a copy of your personal information by contacting us, where permitted by law.

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege practices to protect your data. No method of transmission is 100% secure—please safeguard your credentials.

We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, then delete or anonymize it unless law requires otherwise.

Soma Vale is intended primarily for users with full legal capacity. Minors should read this policy with a guardian and use the service only with guardian consent. If we learn we collected a minor’s data without consent, we will delete it promptly.
